Customer Experience Manager Rachael Broadwater began her career at DNP in July 2022. Rachael received a B.S. in Psychology from Bethany College in West Virginia and an M.B.A. in Management from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She spent much of her career with ABB Inc. Power Grid Division (now Hitachi Energy), working in various roles such as customer service, price management, and commercial operations.
Rachael engages with customers regularly and works to improve their overall experience with DNP. Her goal is to provide customers with the highest level of service and have fun while doing it. She is involved with multiple projects to make DNP’s processes more customer focused and efficient. Working with a fantastic team is one of the things Rachael loves most about her job, and she believes DNP employs a wonderful group of people dedicated to the success of the company and its customers.
Rachael lives in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Jason, and her three children - Jackson (12), Kennedy (6), and Hope (4). She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and caring for her new horse, Chief.
