We know that DNP's products are an essential part of a vital supply chain supporting our medical, pharmaceutical, agriculture, and food & beverage industries, and we are aware of the critical need for TTR in order to continue operating these important sectors. According to the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure list, DNP's operations are considered to be critical manufacturing.

You may be aware that Pennsylvania's governor has ordered the closure of all non-life-sustaining businesses in the state.
At this time, it is unclear if the governor's edict pertains to our Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, operation. We are currently working to gain total clarity on the matter and make certain the governor understands that the products DNP manufactures are used for traceability in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and other life-sustaining industries.
We will continue to operate business as usual in Mount Pleasant and at our other three distribution points around the USA.

DNP IAM Continues to Provide Service and Support During COVID-19 Pandemic
DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation (DNP IAM) today announced its office schedule and hours will continue under normal conditions to provide service and support for its customers in the DNP community. As an organization, DNP IAM is dedicated to the health and safety of its customers and employees and will continue to provide service and support while following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization and U.S. Centers for Disease Control.
The organization is closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and is taking action toward preventing the spread of the virus. DNP IAM has encouraged employees and customers to wash their hands frequently and regularly clean and disinfect their facility and equipment. It has also suspended all international and domestic travel for employees and postponed all non-critical visitor, vendor, and contractor meetings.

We are continuing to ship on time
DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation is actively monitoring the rapidly changing situation in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As an organization, we are dedicated to the health and safety of our employees. As of 3/16/2020, although COVID-19 is having an impact on our lives, businesses, and on supply chains, our office schedule and hours are operating under normal conditions.
As reports of the coronavirus cases continue to increase across the country, it is raising many concerns surrounding safety. The situation is rapidly developing, and new information is coming to the forefront daily.
DNP is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment, we have suspended all international and domestic travel, and we have postponed all non-critical visitors, vendors and contractors. Importantly, we are asking that our employees stay home from work if they feel sick. To protect our coworkers, and to fight the virus efficiently, we have taken all measures to continue our activities while strongly limiting our team member’s interactions with others.

DNP TTR Unaffected By Coronavirus Quarantines
The World Health Organization has declared the new coronavirus outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern.
While we remain hopeful that this threat is quickly contained and resolved with minimal impact to our global community, the fluid nature of this situation may affect the supply chain. Delays of international shipments have already begun and will likely continue until the situation improves.
Many of you have already reached out with concerns about our supply chain. DNP's thermal transfer ribbon supply chain for key raw materials is not, in any way, dependent upon products from China.
All of our industry-leading wax and mid-range formulations are coated at our thermal transfer ribbon headquarters in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. While DNP imports some high performance products from our parent company in Japan, all DNP ribbons are converted in Mount Pleasant and shipped from one of our four U.S. distribution centers.
