In 1999, Lance Armstrong won his first Tour de France, SpongeBob SquarePants debuted on Nickelodeon, and John Colon started his career at DNP. In this newsletter, we introduce you to a long-time DNP employee who makes an impact inside and outside the workplace.

John Colon started working at DNP in 1999 as a slitting operator. Now celebrating his 25th work anniversary, he has grown into the role of Finishing Utility. He contributes to all aspects of the slitting department's operations, exhibiting attention to detail and commitment to completing jobs on time. John's work ethic makes him an essential part of DNP's workforce.

In his free time, John enjoys riding his motorcycle. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of the Connellsville Eagle Riders, a group of over 70 motorcycle enthusiasts. The group organizes charity rides to raise funds for various causes. Since its establishment in 2016, the organization has raised over $100,000 to support local veterans, cancer patients, and students with disabilities.
