When you reach out to DNP customer service, you'll hear Bob Blanch's friendly voice greeting you on the other end of the phone. Although he now manages customer accounts, he initially started his career on the slitting floor of Sony Chemicals.
In June 1998, Bob took the Sony Chemicals employee assessment and was hired as a Slitter Operator. He later transitioned to customer service in 2003, where his knowledge and friendly demeanor made him an ideal candidate for the position. Despite his changing role, Bob has maintained a consistently positive attitude and work ethic.
Bob spoke positively about his milestone anniversary at DNP, stating, "My 25 years at DNP with the great people here was time well spent! The support I received enabled me to work towards and achieve my professional goals."
